By accessing, the Healing Hills website, any other feature or other Healing Hills platforms, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept all these Terms, then you may not use Our Website. In these Terms, “we”, “us”, “our” or “Healing Hills” refers to Healing Hills, and “you” or “your” refers to you as the user of our Website and other training resources.

2. Changes to the Agreement​

We may modify these Terms, for any reason at any time, by posting a new version on Our Website, these changes do not affect rights and obligations that arose prior to such changes. Your continued use of Our Website following the posting of modified Terms will be subject to the Terms in effect at the time of your use. Please review these Terms periodically for changes.

If you do not wish to continue using the Service under the new version of Agreements, you may terminate your account / Services by contacting us by emailing the support. These policies and procedures apply to all Healing Hills products sold on this site.

3. Hours of Function

  • Healing Hills Team is operational from Monday – Saturday: 10:00 A.M- 6:00 P.M IST (India)

  • We observe a close on all government declared holidays.

​

All payment transactions are processed through secure payment gateway providers. We do not store any card information (other than the last 4 digits of your card) in our servers.

A customer can purchase any tea, tisane or tea accessories offered by Healing Hills through payment modes like, VISA / MasterCard / PayPal / Razor Pay depending upon which ones are currently being provided by Payment Gateway facility.

After the payment process is carried out successfully, an official receipt of purchase is provided by payment Gateway on behalf of Healing Hills through email which can be used as a reference for any future requirements.

6. Refund Policy

7. Customer Support

​

For customer support with account-related and payment-related questions, please contact our Customer Service Department using the Customer Service contact us on the Get in Touch With Us section of our website. We will use reasonable endeavours to respond to all Customer Support Queries within a reasonable time frame but we make no promises that any Customer Support Queries will be responded to within any particular time frame and/or that we will be able to answer any such queries.

For all the paid members, a dedicated support system is designed and details of the same are shared upon placing an order with us.

8. Rights you grant us

On acceptance of Terms & Conditions by a user, the user gives his/her explicit permission to call or contact the user via SMS or email through any medium which Healing Hills deems fit.

We reserve the right to feature your picture in any photos, videos, or other promotional material used by us.

Further, we may use your personal information to inform you about other new products offered by us. However, we shall not distribute or share your personal information with any third party marketing database or disclose Your personal information to any third party except on a case-to-case basis after proper verification of such third party or if required under any applicable law.

 

9. Severability, Waiver, and Interpretation

Unless as otherwise stated in the Agreements, should any provision of the Agreements be held invalid or unenforceable for any reason or to any extent, such invalidity or enforceability shall not in any manner affect or render invalid or unenforceable the remaining provisions of the Agreements, and the application of that provision shall be enforced to the extent permitted by law.

Any failure by Healing Hills or any third party beneficiary to enforce the Agreements or any provision thereof shall not waive Healing Hills or the applicable third party beneficiary’s right to do so.

As used in Terms, the words “include” and “including”, and variations thereof will be deemed to be followed by the words “without limitation.”

10. Indemnification

​

You agree to indemnify and hold Healing Hills harmless from and against all damages, losses, and expenses of any kind (including reasonable attorney fees and costs) arising out of or related to:

  • Your breach of the Agreements or any one of them;

  • Any User Content you share or otherwise contribute;

  • Any activity in which you engage on or through the Healing Hills Service; and

  • Your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.                                                        

 

11. Retail Terms

​

  • Any store partnered with Healing Hills will be a part of the Healing Hill advertisement posts on various social media platforms.

  • Any product purchased from us and one month close to the date of expiry can be brought to our notice and will be exchanged with the new batch. No product will be taken as a return after the expiry date.

  • Upfront payments are necessary for the generation of delivery order by the accounts department for immediate dispatch of products to the concerned store.

  • If any product is delivered to you in a bad shape then we request you to send us a picture of the product within 24 hours of delivery and it shall be replaced.

  • We shall tread on doing business on acceptance of a certain margin on herbal tea, green tea & black tea blend. The margin is subject to change in future and the message shall be conveyed to you when updated.

  • Both parties shall keep the agreement strictly confidential and shall not disclose, or cause or permit to be disclosed, to any person or entity.
