How do I place an order?

You can add the items to you cart from our store page. Once you are ready to proceed with the order, move to the cart and click "Checkout". Follow the later instructions for shipping and payment information.

Do you ship Pan India?

We deliver across India.

How do you calculate shipping?

Shipping is free for orders above RS. 200.

Do you ship Global?

International shipping is on hold due to COVID-19 situation

Is there any preferred payment method?

You can select your own preferred method at checkout. We accept secure payments. 

Is COD Available?

Yes, its available. 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

If a product gets damaged upon delivery - we will send you a replacement.

We do not offer any refunds for ANY products sold on our website. Goods once sold cannot be returned.

We can only offer an exchange for another product after deducting 15% as reverse shipping charges on your total invoice value.

Do you add any preservatives or artificial flavors in your teas?

No, our teas are handcrafted from the finest tea leaves and natural and organic ingredients. 

TEABAGS

Can I use the tea leaves again after brewing them once? 
Yes, you can re-brew it once more but would have to steep for longer. The best brew of course is the first one!

GIFTS

Do you take bulk orders?

Yes, we do take bulk orders. To place any bulk order, you can reach out to us and provide us with a quantity and a delivery date. Since our products and resources are handcrafted, we need a few days to prepare the order. 

Are the baskets made out of wood?

Yes, the gift baskets are made out of the finest and strongest wood from the foothills of Himalayas
